Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace,
whose mind is stayed on thee:
because he trusteth in thee (Isa 26:3)

Peace With God

(The Plan of Salvation)

God Loves You And Wants

You To Have Peace And Eternal Life

The Bible Says...

"We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" (Romans 5:1)

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life"

(John 3:16 )

"I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly" (John 10:10)

God created us in His image and after His likeness to have peace and an abundant life. He did not make us as robots to automatically love and obey Him. God gave us a will and a freedom of choice.

Most people don't have this peace and abundant life that God planned for us because we chose to disobey God and go our own selfish way. We still make this choice today. This results in separation from God.

Man Is A Sinner,

And Sin Has Separated Him From God

The Bible Says...

"For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not" (Ecclesiastes 7:20)

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23)

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 6:23)

People have tried in many different ways to bridge the gap between themselves and God by being good or doing good things.

The Bible Says...

"There is a way which seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death" (Proverbs 14:12)

"But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear" (Isa 59:2)

There is no bridge that can reach God ... except one.

The Cross

What Jesus Christ did on the Cross is the only remedy for our sins.

Jesus Christ died on the Cross and rose from the grave. He paid the penalty for our sin and bridged the gap between God and people.

The Bible Says...

"For Christ also has once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive by the Spirit" (1 Peter 3:18)

"But God commends his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)

"And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven" (Colossians 1:20)

Jesus Christ Is The Only Way

For True Peace And Eternal Life

God has provided the only way. Each person must make a choice.

"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5)

"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12)

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me" (John 14:6)

What must you do to have this peace and eternal life ?

You Must Receive Jesus Christ

As Your Personal Savior And Lord

We can receive Jesus Christ when we believe in His message and trust in Him alone to save us.

The Bible Says...

"To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever
believeth in him shall receive remission of sins" (Acts 10:43)

Jesus said, "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also

in me" (John 14:1)

I invite you now to receive Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord.

The Bible Says...

"Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will eat with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)

"But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name" (John 1:12)

"That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" (Romans 10:9,10)

Will you receive Jesus Christ right now ?

The Bible Says...

"Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation"

(2 Corinthians 6:2)

Here is how you can receive Christ:

1. Admit you are a sinner and need forgiveness.
2. Be willing to turn from your sins (repent).
3. Believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the Cross and rose from the grave.
4. Through prayer, invite Jesus Christ to come in and control your life through the Holy Spirit. Receive Him as Savior and Lord.

Pray this prayer and mean it with all of your heart:

Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins on the cross of Calvary and on the third day You rose from the grave and Your now at the right hand of the Father. I am willing to turn from my sins. And now I ask You to come into my heart and life as my Savior and Lord and receive the gift of eternal life.  I want to trust and follow You. Please take control of me and help me to be the kind of Christian You want me to be. Amen.

   If you prayed this prayer,

The Bible Says...

"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Romans 10:13)

"For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it

is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast" (Ephesians 2:8,9)

"For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor  principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:38,39)

Receiving Christ, we are born into God's family through the supernatural work of the Holy Spirit who indwells every believer.

This is called regeneration, or the "new birth."

This is just the beginning of a wonderful new life in Christ.

To deepen this relationship you should:

1. Read your Bible everyday.
2. Talk to God in prayer every day.
3. Tell others about Jesus Christ.
4. Worship, fellowship, and serve with other Christians in a church where Christ and His Cross is preached.
5. As Christ's representative, demonstrate your new life by your love and concern for others.
